Nikki is a true “people person,” dedicated to inspiring others to strive for both personal and professional success. She began her career as a technical college student, securing her first job as a Respiratory Therapist before transitioning into education. Her initial role involved securing accreditation for a respiratory therapy program. From there, Nikki spent 8 years as a Campus President across 3 markets in 2 states, with her most recent position as the President overseeing a school group and directly managing 8 locations. In the past year, she led the growth of her previous company’s online division, achieving a 30% increase in business within just six months. Nikki’s expertise lies in leadership development and enhancing productivity, firmly believing that growth starts with development. She’s passionate about helping people succeed, as she believes professional success can also enrich personal lives. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys CrossFit, traveling with friends and family, and indulging in nachos.

Mr. Burges has over 25 years experience working in higher education with leadership experience in Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, Title IV Financial Aid, and Academic Affairs. He believes in creating both a legal and ethical environment at higher educational institutions and understands the importance of creating alliances with the institution’s outside regulatory bodies. As a former Chief Compliance Officer he holds expertise in gaining and maintaining accreditation with regional, national, and programmatic accreditors as well as national and state reporting and approvals. He earned a BS in Finance as well as an MaED in Adult Education and Training and currently resides with his family in Austin, Texas.
