I had the pleasure of working with Nikki as Regional Vice-President in her role of Executive Director of Miller-Motte Technical College. Nikki has many endearing qualities. Nikki is dependable, possesses an impeccable work ethic, and displays a genuine concern and compassion for all those who are fortunate enough to be connected to and with her. Nikki is a taskmaster, a natural problem solver. There were many times throughout the course of the business day where I would convene with Nikki to brainstorm ways to resolve or enhance processes, discuss ideas for futuristic developments, or simply just to get the extra boost and motivation I needed for my workday.
